Features

Track is one unit from infeed and discharge to result in smooth rounding
Coated track without paint
As circumferential speed of infeed is faster and it becomes slow as moving to discharge side, no doubled dough pieces are created.
Flour duster and doubled dough piece detector are standard specifications.

Optional

Lifting the track by 50mm provides a 20mm clearance between track and cone.
