Moulder Series
Clearance of the rollers varies in correspondence to the volume and stiffness
of the respective dough pieces passing through.
Sheeting and stable curling are effected on to the dough pieces by the curling wirenet and pressure board,
specially designed and constructed with respective controllers, so that doubling can be prevented.
