Features
Main drive
Main drive consists of geared motor, cross shaft and reduction gear.
Since the reduction is applied on the final drive shaft, the drive
system is so simple and does not generate noise.
Auto-tensioner keeps the tension of the drive chain constant.
Proximity switch detects breakage of the chain and stops the
machine.
Easy adjustment of proofing time due to the inverter-driven main
motor. (Handling capacity varies in accordance with the proofing
time.)
Tray
As products go below the supporting points of the comb-shaped tray,
the structure is stable. The tray is made of stainless steel and
will not rust.
Tray chain rail will be less worn because it sustains only the chain
weight; tray weight is sustained by the 2 rollers on both sides.
Loader
Loader conveyor has two speeds; products are fed in at high speed,
and the speed is changed to low right before hitting the stopper,
located at the end of the loading conveyor, to stop softly.
Since a flat and smooth plastic belt is applied for the loader
conveyor, it does not make noise during operation, and the bottom of
baking tins will not wear down.
A group of products in the baking tins are pushed to the comb-shaped
table by the pusher after sensors check safety of the area. The
comb-shaped tray scoops up the baking tins on the comb-shaped table,
thus smooth and stable loading.
Unloader
Unloader works in the reverse order of the loader. In case a
photoelectric switch detects some baking tins remaining on the
comb-shaped table when the next group of products are coming down
from the tray, the machine will stop.
In addition, the comb-shaped table is designed to escape by means of
a spring. So there will be no further damage to the baking tins or
the tray.
Pusher
Pusher is driven by a geared motor.
It moves slowly when pushing baking tins and quickly when returning
by means of a crank motion mechanism; will not cause damage to the
dough.
Others

Automatic tension adjustment for the take-up section of the tray
chain by means of a spring.

When a limit switch detects stretch of the chain, it informs you
with alarm of the time for maintenance. In case of emergency
stop, the display of Error Codes on the panel indicates the
position of the fault.

The main motor is equipped with
Shock Monitor, which
facilitates accurate fault detection by measuring electric
power, thus minimizes damages of an accident.

Products never go under the conveyor or comb-shaped table;
machine structure eliminates a cause of contamination.

Easy lubrication by using Automatic Lubrication Unit (optional).
It injects only the necessary amount of oil.
