English muffin line consists of 4 machines such as divider, horizontal rounder, proofer and griddle. Dough is perfectly transferred to next process at high speed since each machine is electrically synchronous.

Dough pump~Divider/Rounder

Mixed dough is transferred by dough pump, divided at constant volume and rounded like ball by horizontal rounder.

Apportioner

Rounded dough is covered with corn grits and transferred to proofer.

Process to spray corn grits.

Corn grits are reclaimed to re-use.

Dough is apportioned to 12 rows from 6 rows after covered with corn grits.

Proofer

Belt drive proofer only for English muffin.

Dough covered with corn grits are fermentated.

Transfered from Proofer to griddle.

Griddle

Griddle only for English muffin. Direct fire system to bake both sides at 200 ? 250 degree C by turning over. For LNG.

Muffin is discharged after both sides are baked.

Transferred by conveyor.
