DIVIDING SCALE FOR STIFF DOUGH IS STANDARDIZED AS STRAIGHT MEHTOD, WATER ABSORPTION 55% AND NO FLOOR TIME DIVIDING SCALE WILL BE INCREASED/DECREASED DEPENDING ON BAKING MEHTOD, RECIPE AND CIRCUSTANCES.
